The kind dite


the kind dite book by alicia silverstone is one of the most books that affect on me
i have done many of her books recipes like the choclate brownies
and it was really yummy
  also i become a vegetarian
for 1 mounth and 2 weeks
and my whole bady change
but now i try to be vegetarian 3 time in one week
and in the book she have like an apple bie recipe and it's so yummy
also the sweet potato that you but it in the oven also so yummy






and she give thes advice
eat whole grains with every meal
cut the sugar
miso soup will cure you


and now i will give you my own advice

first try to have an healthy breakfast 
such as







for lunch try to eat an grill meat or fish or chicken
with same brown pasta or rice and  poul vegetabels

for the dinner try to eat an fresh salad with cheese or grilled chiken or tuna



between the meals try to drink and eat
