To do Banana Smoothie

you will need

banana

honey

yogart

milk

sugar

ice

cream

first we slice the banana and add it to the mixer

with 

milk

sugar

yogart

honey & ice

mix them well

you can stop for this point

but I like the extra cream

so yummy
